Return Policy

Returnable Items

• Stock Coroplast Banners
• Non-painted steel bench card sign holders
• Non-opened blank sign material
• 24" x 36" A-Frame and Sidewalk Stand holders

The above items are returnable for a refund under the following conditions:

• The claim is made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
• You must contact us at (919) 577-9901 or email support@gardencentermarketing.com for return instructions.
• All returns must be in the original packaging.
• Return freight will NOT be paid by Clarity Connect unless the cause of return is the manufacturer's defect, shipping damage, or our error.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the cause of return is the manufacturer's defect, shipping damage, or our error.
• All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee for items returned for reasons other than damage/manufacturer defect. The refund amount will be minus 25% of the purchase price ($10 minimum).

Any items not listed above are non-returnable except for manufacturers' defects, shipping damage, or our error.
